Do I need to make a reservation to visit Human Aeon?

Yes, all classes, sessions, and visits are by appointment only. To make a reservation, choose the class, workshop, event or massage appointment and click "Register". You will be asked to create a MindBody account if you don't already have one.

Where are you located exactly? Can I drop by?

We are located in a beautiful house in the Belmont Shore neighborhood of Long Beach, CA. We do not give out our address publicly. We will send our address by email upon confirmation of a reservation. What should I bring to a session?

Please bring a bathing suit, towels and sandals or flip flops. Surfaces and amenities can be wet, slippery, very hot or very cold. We will have some towels and sandals that you can borrow if you forget to bring your own.

Parking

Our facility is a private residence. Street parking is available. Please be respectful of our quiet neighborhood.

Booking and Payment

All services and treatments at our day spa require advance booking. You can book your appointment online or on the Human Aeon app. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the service booked. For group bookings or specialized services, a longer cancellation notice period may be required.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, you may be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the cost of the service booked. This helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other customers who may have missed out on booking due to limited availability.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to provide high-quality services and treatments. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please bring it to our attention immediately, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Refunds or exchanges for services rendered are at the discretion of the management and may be subject to a review of the circumstances.

Prices and Promotions

Prices for services and retail products are subject to change without prior notice. We may also offer promotions, discounts, or special packages from time to time, which may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Safety and Health

Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or special requests you may have before your appointment, so we can provide you with the best possible service.  This information is important for the safety and well-being of both you and our staff, and may affect the services we are able to provide.We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatments based on health or safety concerns. If you are pregnant, have diabetes, heart conditions, pacemakers, anemia, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or other health conditions; please consult your physician prior to using the Banya or receiving services.

If you have any active infections or any communicable illnesses (including cold and flu symptoms within the last 3 days), please refrain from using the facility or receiving services.

If you are menstruating, we ask that you use a tampon before entering the pools.

If you feel dizzy, nauseated, or sustain an injury immediately stop use of the facility and advise a Banya 5 Staff Member.

Personal Belongings

Please be responsible for your personal belongings during your visit Human Aeon. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Children and Minors

Children and minors are not permitted in our space at this time. Occasional exceptions can be made, please reach out to management.

Code of Conduct

We expect all customers to adhere to a respectful and courteous code of conduct towards our staff and fellow customers. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund. We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests. Please respect the policies, including but not limited to refraining from using your mobile devices, keeping noise levels to a minimum, and following any other guidelines provided by our staff. Please use this time to relax and unplug from electronic devices. Electronics and cell phones must be kept away at all times.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service and are subject to the spa's policies and availability.

Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, the spa is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during your visit, including but not limited to slips, falls, or adverse reactions to products or services.
