Nestled in the heart of Long Beach, the Hidden Sanctuary by Human Aeon has served our community since October, 2023. Hidden Sanctuary is your place to reconnect, recharge, and restore.

Rooted in both ancient tradition and modern science, our sanctuary offers a grounded space where the core pillars of Human Aeon — Breathwork, Meditative Stillness, Functional Movement, and Natural Contrast Therapy (Cold Plunge and Saunas) — come to life.

Guided breathwork in the cozy room with the fireplace.. and COLD spacious cold plunge followed by some sauna time. I always leave feeling SO good. Vanessa holds a solid container when she guides you in the breathwork and cold plunge and then you’re left to warm up and relax on your own in the saunas or jacuzzi. I attended a full moon event last week as well as their one year anniversary gathering too and I’ve really enjoyed the vibe of everyone I’ve met so far.
