About our Space

Human Aeon Long Beach is located in a beautiful private residence in Belmont Shore, Long Beach, CA. It is fully equipped with an ice pool, saunas, hydrotherapy, meditation space, massage room, and movement space. During open hours, members can book 1-hour sessions so that they can reset, relax and elevate their state. Although we are not a silent space, we ask that guests and members respect the neighborhood by maintaining a quiet, calm, contemplative environment.
There will be staff on hand at all times but the use of the space during sessions is a self-guided activity. We encourage using the space to practice breathwork, cold exposure, heat exposure, movement (exercise) and hydrotherapy (hot tub). Occasionally there will be coaches and instructors that will be available to guide members through the 5 Elements practice.

We invite all human beings of every race, culture and gender so long as they are over 18, kind and agree to use our space with respect.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 24hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a 100% rebooking fee.
Cancellations made via Support@HumanAeon.com sooner than 24hours before an appointment will be processed without penalty.

Covid 19

We ask that you not visit the facility if you have or have had symptoms relating to Covid19 in the last 5 days.

Food and beverage

We will provide water and tea to our guests. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the property. Water bottles are okay.

Clothing

Clothing or swimwear is required on the property at all times.

Alcohol, smoking and drugs

Alcohol, smoking and drugs are not permitted at any time. Please do not visit our space if you are intoxicated.
